Every time our feed refreshes we store a timestamped snapshot of availability per carpark code, so you can see how a carpark fills up over time instead of a single now-number. Deterministic lookups only - no AI involved.
All availability values come from https://api.data.gov.sg/v1/transport/carpark-availability, served by data.gov.sg (SingStat/LTA). We re-read it at most once per minute and cite the feed's own timestamp in every response.
